one of the quickest way to piss off the enitre melee table

Wanna piss one of them off even more? Wait until they attack each other, then use Old Nan (BoRF) to give one of the attacking player's characters the Direwolf trait. I love doing this when one of the other players is attacking the current target of my hatred during an intrigue or power challenge.

you sir are one crafty opponent, i'll have to remember this one
Does this deadly removal negate attachment effects like Thirst-for-Vengeance (VM)?
Yes, as it doesn't state that characters lose printed deadly, so if they have gained it from some other source, it will be lost.
This benefit seems really situational. I mean, because claim is processed before deadly, deadly is pretty much useless in military challenges, and Direwolves have nothing but military.

The main benefit seems to be the removal of deadly from Intrigue/Power attackers, not the buff to the wolves.
Is it a permanent effect?I mean if I kill Feral pack will deadly return?

No, this is not permanent, it is a Passive Effect. As long as the criteria are met for Feral Pack to gain its text, it will be in effect, but as soon as it leaves play or the criteria are no longer met (such as by gaining control of a non-Stark character) then the Passive Effect is essentially turned off and no longer applies.
