Noble, Lord, and Captain is nice. in the right deck, after you play him he pays for himself over the next 2 turns provided he survives, unsure though if a 4/3 bicon with naval is worth it

i realize that, as I mentioned in the right deck. You just wouldnt put him in a deck where you arent winning initiative, unless you were desperate for the enhancment.
