What!?! Mind = Blown
Much less interesting than I'd hoped. Oh well.

haha & just what did you hope for?
minimum deck size of 45 cards, when you draw during the draw phase, draw only 1 card.
Very nice agenda. Now with so many chapter packs it's not hard to build a 85' cards deck filled very good cards. But still it's similar to Kings of Summer. Lack of ideas? ;)
i dont really like how generic and somewhat boring this agenda is. I suppose it could work well with decks that emphasize pilling up characters. There are alot of good ones running around nowadays.

It's similar to kings of summer except it can be run in a winter deck.

I'd find it easier to make a 85 card deck than a 60 card deck, I always have trouble cutting down to the minimum deck size.

Finally a Martell card that doesn't suck.

I've been jokingly referring to the new Martell cards as the "Martell self mill" theme, but it does seem that the Martell cards are coming together now.

Season builds took a battering in the latest FAQ but this agenda can replace KoS while providing a larger deck size for martell's self mill effects. Now that we have a post FAQ agenda that we can run a summer build in open market again becomes viable which allows us to search through the cards we have discarded, powered by the extra draw this agenda gives. This agenda is more for control builds than rush builds making it a good choice for Martell.

Unbent, unbowed, unbroken was universally criticised but I think that event was created with this agenda in mind because you are more likely to draw a bad hand from a larger deck, will have a larger hand from the additional draw and can make use of extra cards in your discard through open market.

The next chapter pack has several cards for recursion, if Martell gets a few good recursion cards then everything they've gained this cycle could be put together into a solid deck.

With so many of Martell's best control cards restricted they have a hard time having enough good control in a 60 card deck. 85 cards is not good for control. It is acceptable for aggro in houses with very deep character pools like Greyjoy and Stark though.
I'm actually liking this for building a Neutral Faction deck - since TMP was restricted there hasn't been a solid card advantage agenda, and what else was out there doesn't tend to work that well with the kind of cards Neutral decks play.

Summer, Winter, Knights and black sails are all solid card advantage agendas.
The suck of it is that it does count against your draw cap.

Question:
The text is "When you draw during the draw phase, draw 1 additional card."

However the Rules FAQ defines the draw cap as:
"Cards drawn through an effect that modifies the framework draw (such as the benefit of the Kings of Summer agenda) do count against the cap of 3 additional cards. Cards that reduce the framework draw (such as the penalty on the Kings of Summer agenda) do not allow a player to draw any extra additional cards."

So that means you've effectively got an opportunity to draw 6 cards a turn with Voyage, right? The extra card doesn't impact your 3-card draw cap since it modifies the framework draw?
No, for the reason you just mentioned - This is a card effect that is modifying the framework draw, so does count. Even if it wasn't modifying the framework, it is still a card effect drawing you cards, and as such would count towards the limit.
So with this, you are drawing 1 card, leaving 2 cards available for the rest of the turn, in addition to the default 2 cards you draw a turn.

Also keep in mind that this agenda simply means you draw 3 cards during the framework draw (1 of which does count against your draw cap). It does not affect any drawing you do during the player action window during the draw phase.

I honestly might run this because there are so many aspects to martell and witht the new faq it makes them hard to fit together, the expanded auto draw of 3 is pretty nice and 85 cards isn't that many when you consider set up and draw on first turn you've likely seen 13-15 cards, sure its a huge deck (and im prettur sure all of us will need to buy more sleeves to run it lol) but it has some serious promise. only downside is 2 of martells best characters don't work with it
Ser Archibald Yronwood (CD)
Ser Gerris Drinkwater (CD) ,so that sucks but I think overall well worth it
Where or where are the Martell-Voyage and Baratheon-Voyage deck lists from the recent regionals events?

I'd keep an eye on their threads in the forum (Martell Bara), neither of which have the decklists at time of writing but will be exploring those themes (the Martell one will also have the decklist soon). Also, for the Bara deck, the pilot John Bruno posted a tournament report you can check out for an idea of how it worked.

Stannis Baratheon (KotStorm) would negate that extra draw right?

Correct, as the agenda is still a card that is creating the extra draw.
"Neutral Faction House Card Only:" WHAT!?!

Edit: After thinking for a moment. It would be better to do this than to simply restrict it. That wouldn't slow down the agenda too much. I just thought they would restrict it & allow the new agenda A Song of Ice to be its counter.
Why or when is this agenda a "Neutral Faction House Card Only:" ??? :o

The latest FAQ made it so, just before Gen Con this year.
