In a joust the text on the card would be void which will mean you can still do challenges as this only works if you have more than 1 opponent (if I am wrong im sure someone will correct me_
Zero claim could potentially get you some unopposed power, or you could try and bait people in to letting you win challenges by 4.
I would say you are simply better off playing Song of Summer plot for the 5/5/1 instead of trying to get just 1 more gold and losing any chance at initiative and a printed claim value.
With Jalabhar Xho (on dangerous grounds) this plot could give safety and during dominance two power that could be temporary if you loose dominance, but you might have won the game before that.
