Martell got really fat support in this chapter. We have it finally Noble for 2 gold for cheap Ghaston Grey. For 3 gold it was allready very good but now is so cheap. To be honest it will be enough for me for 5 note. But we have additionally solid character 2for2 Power icon with great ability in melee.

It was eratta'd. Meaning that FFG added that wording to it after the card was printed.

a cool thing I could think of would be grabbing the master of laws and then before the draw phase ends switching titles with the master of coin. of course there are tons of cool things to do with this card.

Particularly good with Inn of the Kneeling Man (although any 'Kneel X to stand Y' effect will do), allowing you to take Master of Laws, draw the extra card, kneel to swap for Master of Coin, stand using the Inn and then swap for one of the +3 to challenge strength titles. For added fun follow up with Ghaston Grey to return her to your hand to send an opposing character back to their controller's hand.

Hey guys, can i, in the challenge phase, switch titles with the palyer who control the King Title and use the hability of the King, after the last owner already used?

Each player may trigger a title ability once per round. So if you get a title you haven't used previously, you will be able to use it's effect. Do note that Myrcella has an errata to where she cannot be used "during" an actual challenge.

I know there is no where saying otherwie, but...
