Auto include in Night Watch deck. Very good synenergy and as character with STR 2 and no attachments has some protection at least against burn deck. Giving STR boost, Stealth hate and war crest is really solid boost and give to NW Die by the Sword (LoW). Still not enough in my opinion to make NW competitive, but at least one step in this direction.

I'd consider adding this to a deck that just uses Maester Amon for mil claim absorption. If I dont need to kneel him during a turn, he's 3 more STR for Dominance (5 STR if I'm running power of arms) neat little card, this.

Wow! This guy is probably the best 1-cost character every printed. Massive gains for your Night's Watch characters, at a very low price. And just when you think this guy can't get any more freaking awesome you realise that he is a Raven character, which means that you can search your deck for him using A Time for Ravens (ACoS)!

Far from it. I mean even in some of the Night's Watch decks Samwell Tarly (TRS) could be considered more important, not to mention that this guy is useless in any other type of deck. I'm not saying Old Bear's Crow is not a great character in a right deck, just that you got a bit carried away with this evaluation.
