I think this is a really neat card. Nice to have all those options like this, Bastard (LotR), Milk of the Poppy (Core), Bowl of Brown (LoW), etc for a variety of control. Seems like there's something for every budget and every circumstance. I'm sure I'll probably pick the wrong one every time, but it will be fun to try them out.

Do we think this works on cat o canals? She immune to other players card effects but this cancels all immunities. Which one wins I wonder?

Since this is a card effect attempting to removing immunities from the attached character, Cat would still be immune to it's effects (similar to the thread Den vs Cat).
The problem would be the only attachment she can have is a single weapon, so it could never happen.

How does this work in relation to Snakeskin veil?

That is a really interesting question, my guess would be that if snakeskin veil was attached first then condemned couldn't be attached in the first place because according to the FAQ "A card cannot be chosen as a target of effects to which it is immune."  However, if condemned were attached first then I don't really know. Either the same thing would happen and condemned would be knocked off as soon as the Snakeskin Veil immunity was created but before condemned would remove it, or the first player would decide which passive would resolve first.

Actually in the second case in which condemned was attached first snakeskin veil couldn't be attached because the character wouldn't have the Sandsnake trait. So basically neither of them could be attached if the other one were already on.

Who has to win Dominace in this case? The Player who owns the Attachment or the Player with attached character?

Also, can the character gain any Traits after Condemned has been attached?

I think Poisoned Coin (THoBaW) would be a better choice afterall: cheaper, Weapon Trait instead of Condition, draw effect and the character gets killed instantaneously after being raised back up due to some effect.

1) The player who controls the attachment
2) Condemned takes away single instance of every trait, so if you gave Lord trait to a printed Lord, he would still have that trait.
