Like what i see so far, seems useful in joust and melee. Cost 4 seems playable for his ability although in melee his response seems likely to bring the rest of the table crashing down on your head. A shame that he is not deadly but that would, ive no doubt, be considered over powered.

I don't know, he seems fairly meh for Stark. Another 4/3 m/p with an unsupported trait and no crest? Sure, a free m attack is good if you go first but not very good if you go second. He's much weaker than the new Asha, who is cheaper/renown/noble crest and likely to not kneel foreither attack. Frankly his ability doesnt seem worth it w/o siege...
Yeah seems wierd the restriction that won't let him work w/Siege. With so many other 4+ cost characters to choose from (Ed, Greatjohn, Blackfish, Littlefinger) I might have trouble slotting him in a deck. Doesn't seem to have the power level of other, more recent 4-cost characters either. Might try him out in melee, though, to see how his quasi-"renown" works...

I cant see him being worth it without several additional "if no agenda then" abilities. Otherwise, you lose too many paths to victory for one, not especially compelling path t victory.

They're adding something in Poisoned Spear that works for agenda-less decks. As it is, he has some potential in melee. He's the fourth Stark character this cycle who can generate additional effects in melee. Imagine all of them working in concert.

@playground - sure, i see that. If every player has a mil claim in 4 players, he gains 4 power... maybe 8 if Murmur's Ford is in play. That sounds awesome but i just dont think he's worth 4 gold without a noble crest to increase his chances of survival or a war crest to up his chances of actually winning a challenge (ala frozen outpost, power of arms, etc)

So, this character will claim only one power if two characters are killed for the same military claim, is that right? Whoever is the winner of the military challenge right? thanks
Yes to both of your questions
