So, for example: I am the 1st player. In the challenges phase I bring Fiery Kiss (ODG) out of Shadows and put, say, Melisandre (RotO) into play. During the phase I trigger Den of the Wolf. Then, at the end of the phase I decide that Den of the Wolfs effect resolves first. Now, if I am correct, Melisandre (RotO) stays in play for the whole additional phase, because the "at the end of the phase" effect of Fiery Kiss (ODG) has not been resolved yet.
My knee-jerk reaction would be to say that it merely creates a lasting effect that changes the place where the game jumps after the end of phase framework action window is completely resolved. (So instead of jumping to the 'Begin phase' framework action for the next phase in order, the game jumps back to the 'Begin phase' framework action for the current phase)
That would mean that all other 'end of phase' passives will always have a chance to happen before the phase is repeated, and we won't run into any oddness with them.
However, this is really off the top of my head, I would suggest you create a new thread for the question in the FFG Rules board and get a ruling from Ktom.
Fortified Position (LoW)), so that this can take effect on it. Similarly it won't work on Stannis Baratheon (VM).
The Red Viper (PotS) can be a game winner, although he loses immunities. Especially in melee.
do cards that have a limit per phase get reset with this card
Yes, as you are starting a new phase of the same phase type.
What if you use this card to repeat plot phase in a 3 player game? Do you pick the remaining 3 titles in addition to the ones you already have? And what about a 4 person game?
If you repeat the plot phase in a Melee game, no one will get additional titles, even if there are titles left in the title pool. The rules say to pick a title that you will use for the rest of the round. You are not allowed to have more than one (unless an effect specifically says you can, of course), so the titles you chose in the first plot phase stop anyone from choosing additional titles in the second.
is there a shadows phase (again) at the beginning of the repeated phase?
Technically, Shadows isn't a "phase." Rather, at the beginning of each phase, each player has the opportunity to bring a card out of Shadows. So Shadows is a part of any and all phases, not a separate phase of its own.
Which is really just my long, annoying way of saying that the new phase created by the card will include the opportunity to bring a card out of Shadows at the beginning of it.
