A little bit shocked they didn't give this Ambush. Maybe they thought it would be too powerful? Would encourage me to try it more.
Attaching it to a character without Intrigue, so that they can assist an Intrigue challenge initiated by one of their other characters, could be potent.
Or for joining in another player in melee, to help push through an attack.
I like that you can use this to setup combos like forcing an opponents character to attack to add STR to a challenge, then have a character die due to Sun Stroke (QoD).
Unfortunately it is not that good :) You can't pay cost of your card using opponent cards.

hmm i like it but i would still rather use Tears of Lys, either way i will strongly consider adding this to my Targ Knights Joust Deck
I'd play this in melee and ***** myself out to the highest bidder. Same thing I do as Greyjoy with Longship Black Wind (CbtC). That's even what the artwork is doing. He's saying "it's dangerous to go alone. Take this." (Although it bugs me as apparently the artist has never held a recurve bow to see where the center of gravity is.)

Yes, it hasn't got ambush but you still can use the Dragon Egg (AHM)... so it could be a disgusting surprise for your opponent. But in the next cycle with the new mechanics (naval support) this card won't be so strong (useful of course yes...).
This card gives dothraki a strong and easy intrigue challenge + more deadly which is always good it will see play. You can also use a knelt character as an attacker if he has this attached or im wrong ??

You can not use a knelt character to attack with this as kneeling the character is part of the cost of joining in the challenge.

And yes, this would have been absolutely disgusting with ambush. Still, it could at least have had setup, that would have been fair.
has anybody else seen this card and first thought about using this with an oppenants character? however, with the fact of kneel character can you not trigger that part since don't control the character?

Kneeling the character is part of the cost of the action and you can't pay costs with characters your opponent controls.
okay i was thinking couldn't do that just thought be interesting if could ha
Has anyone tried it OOH on the no saves Gregor Clegane?

Is it able to kneel attachted character after u declare your attackers and the defender declare his defenders? Like naval enchament only the attacking part for this card. Naval enchanment can do both def/atk.

correct

is the attached character being declared as an attacker or simply participating?

Since the effect does not use the word "declare," it is not considered to be declared. It simply becomes a participant in the current challenge. (The character doesn't need to have the challenge icon for similar reasons.)

Just built my current Tar Mer deck and it is going to be very valuable. Often the group I play with tend to dismiss targs on intrigue, this will but a good seeing that they'll usually be expecting it for power and Military challenges.

will be good*

Just be aware that you cannot use it to initiate a challenge. There has to be a "current challenge" for it to join, and until you declare an attacker in the normal way, there is no "current challenge." You will still need some weenies with the INT icon to start the challenge, and then have the guy with this attached jump in, depending on what your opponent does with defenders.
