Dragons needed more love? Kneeling them is one of the few ways I can cope as a Lannister player to not get destroyed by a flock (clutch? what is the correct term for a group) of Dragons, and now they can stand. It also removes the dependance on Daenerys Targaryen (QoD).
They could have at least made it unique.
I think FFG wants more location destruction in AGOT. As far as I know Lanni only has access to condemned by the council.
This card is just bonkers good. Will it be the next Restricted target? With Copper Link (GotC) and Hall of Dragons (AHM) this will stand practically anything. My hope? They just errata it to "printed" traits. That will at least curb it's OP-ness and narrow its use to Dragon or Weapon-heavy decks.
It is indeed stupid good. Excellent card. But is it really better than the Baratheon standing tools? (Probably.)
It cannnot be better than King's Robert Hammer, but avoiding any dependency to your rival is very good. You can hardly control the season, but you can control having weapons or dragons. Being cheaper and non-unique is good, too. Other Bara tools require Power (Highgarden), keywords(Massey Hook) or cards in hand (Fury).

Could be It triggered DURING a challenge? I Mean before the chall resolves (e. With blood of dragon)?

yes, because there are two player action windows during a challange. one after attackers are declared and one after defenders are declared
