Character control is good, and something Martell are not short of. But it feels like it will just force that character to attack or defend, which they may have done anyway if it is a character your want to kneel anyway.
The Red Viper (PotS) will hate this card
This card should have double (Martell/Lannister) house affilation!

and compare it to poisone coin for stark....
Poisoned Coin (THoBaW)
Obviously not a game winnig card, but comparing it to poisoned coin, it has one advantage. With the coin you might draw a card, and you might kill a character. With this you will surely draw a card (so it replaces itself), and you might kneel someone. This card is against the vigilant guys and the non-kneelers. Or you can use the poisoned coin AND this together :)
On last thing. You can loose a challange as an attacker as well. Just go with a weenie, and if you win thats super cool, if the oppo blocks, you can kneel someone, and push through the challenge that you really wanted to win at the first time.

If you are first player and attack with a challenge they don't have the icon for, its very useful.

Or if you want to force them to challenge in a specific order (you might want them to throw in a mil before an int because you have an event such as Red Vengeance to use).

This is a card that I always consider putting in any Martell deck, but it admittedly just misses the cut in many.
