Do you find her useful? In my opinion Arya from City of Secrets is much better...
depends really, city of shadows can get very gold intensive. Now this is deadly intrigue in a house that isn't too good in intrigue and it has a kill effect. I would use this over the core and city of shadows one in builds where I don't have influence or I'm not running much shadows at all (no shadows sansa is awesome as well, too bad meera doesn't like her.)
If I saw this on the board I'd be really careful what I killed as she can even trigger off of herself, and god help you if it's a mirror match. More targeted kill in a Stark deck I need like a hole in my head.

Actually, she cannot trigger off her herself. The reason being is she is already moribund:dead if she is killed (and not saved), so then you could not pay the cost of her ability, which would be "discard her from play"

Also attempting to make her moribund:discard is not allowed since you cannot trigger an effect that attempts to make a moribund character leave play again - even if it was to the same destination.

There's really nothing to dislike about her, she's low cost, deadly, has intrigue and power icons (the two least likely to be defended with deadly), and has a response that will sometimes be worth while.

And IMO: City of Shadows Arya is over rated.

The most noticeable thing with her is that it isn't Printed Strength, so if you can reduce the Strength of a character you want to kill (say The Long Winter (ACoS), for example), then your kill options increase.
Good point NuFenix. I like this arya, because what stark deck doesn't need better I/P options? And she has deadly. Even without her response, I'd probably use her. I also really like the newer Bran. But without a direwolf he's just a 2/2 I/P, at least Arya will have deady and a response that easier to trigger than running a dedicated deck for the effect.

Like what Shadowcat said, there's really nothing to dislike about her. As far as I'm concerned, her response is just gravy. Depending on your deck, I think this is the only Arya I'd consider running over Arya Stark (CoS) or
Cat o' the Canals (RoW).

If I wanted to nitpick, I'd bemoan the fact that she doesn't have a crest.

As a side note, are we allowed to stop saying that Stark is "weak in Intrigue" yet? With Catelyn Stark (LoW),
Catelyn Stark (AToT), Damon Dance-For-Me (VD), Roose Bolton (DB), Meera Reed (TftH), Maester Luwin (FtC), etc, etc. Stark has really moved up the Intrigue ladder lately.

Sure, they're not Lannister or Martell (and shouldn't be, from a Nedly point of view) but are they really "weak" in Intrigue anymore?
Okay, now second issue, how her "intrigue icon" corresponds with her character in the Martin's books? I think she should have a military and power (Ned's daughter) icons. What do you think?
*spoilers* the I icon like in sansas case fits very well with this character. She is blind here which was part of her training in killing her old identity of Arya (losing the M icon). She gained her sight back when she was able to find out the kindly mans identity (you could say this card is really nedly, she kills her own identity so to speak and also someone elses). This state of her character was more of a vulnerable than the others and scheming to best the kindly man in the training.

You could add a bunch of spaces after you say spoiler so the rest of your text doesn't show in the sidebar.

In a week or two you'll find out why this is funny.

Here's my dilemma...in a deck running Catelyn Stark (LoW), Maester Luwin (FtC), Damon Dance-For-Me (VD), Ghost of Winterfell (AHM) and the new Arya, are we diluting The Siege of Winterfell (LoW) too much?
i cant use siege anymore cuz my stark deck has too much intrigue and power that i barely even do military

I don't think it dilutes Siege. It just gives you different options to use instead of siege. I don't think the houses should be limited to just 1 build option.

Indeed. Siege uses a totally different character base. Having a number of cheeky Intrigue Icons available is always good.
And with few Intrigue characters, having deadly on them is great to push challenges through alone.

Like her just fine for 2 cost/2 strength I/P Deadly, but can't seem to slot her in. Stark has much better ways to kill their characters than discarding your own. It's kind of nice to have a CoS Arya in shadows and bring her out right after popping this Arya but, idk, just doesn't get me hard.
Are there any ways to pull off any incredibly sneaky shenanigans with this card?

Don't know about sneaky, but House Umber Beserkering Lucas or Ser Kyle are nice ways of getting her to fire.
