In Bolton deck autoinclude. 2for0 tricons deadly. For normal Stark deck it's ok and can be consider if we need some intrigue protection.

His 2str makes him a little undesireable in non-bolton stark decks (unless you build in some other character controls?) But totally autoinclude in a Bolton build!
