When you announce your agenda, name a House. Ignore the out-of-House gold penalty when playing cards or placing setup cards with that affiliation.
Your out-of-House character and attachment cards with that affiliation gain "prized 1" while leaving play. Your out-of-House location cards with that affiliation gain "prized 2" while leaving play.

Great design for an agenda. Very versatile, creates lots of options, balanced drawback, thematic, nice artwork and good introduction of the new prized keyword.

Does the "House X only" restriction apply to your "named" house with this card?

Yes. The "House X only" is a deck building restriction, so it would still apply. This agenda simply trades the gold penalty for prized keywords (for one named house).

My favourite trick right now is to save a Lannister character with the Iron Cliffs, and then use Infamous to take the two power for myself. Great fun.

If one of the out-of-house cards already has the "Prized X" keyword, will the prized penalty be cummulative? i.e. Theon (SoW) played out-of-house with a "Prized 2" will become "Prized 3" or will he all of a sudden become "Prized 1"?
