Do you think that it should get errata for limited use? 3 of those can get with combos more than 10 cards from discard pile. Any opinions?

No, there's plenty of drawbacks with this already, cost, must have the card in the discard pile, being a low strength character etc.
Yes but in a master's deck, after bouncing 1-2 maester's with 4 chains each, with 3 Street Waif and a combo, you can recover all chains in a round. I think it can be used in combos with massive effects.

You can get massive effects in plenty of ways that don't require you to have all 3 copies of the same character out, and that's a pretty narrow use of the card.

Can you explain what cards are being used for that combo?
I too am curious of the combo. All the chains and The Inn of the Kneeling Man (FtC) (an obvious support card) say once per phase, so there could be combinations to do it every phase, but I am curious what combos there are that involve multiples of them along with maesters.
Best combos with this are To Be a Dragon and Inn of the Kneeling Man. You can also use Long Lances for standing, as well as Young Griff coming out of shadows.

In my opinion, there are still too many conditional things to really worry too much about it.

that's why i was curious what specific combo Manutd14 was talking about. There are several options.
Well in a specific game the combo was: 2-3 Street Waif in play, with Long Lances and to be a dragon. He was playing Maester's path. In 5-6 plot his discard pile was about 25 cards (after resets, bouncing maesters with chains etc) and he managed in 2 plots to have 5-6 cards in discard pile. I am a very inexperienced player to tell if a card is overpowered, but I think a cheap/small character like this "can cast a very large shadow". Definitely the main problem was my deck's mechanic, but I have played a lot of games with lots of opponnents combos, and I found that one really unbeatable. And all this with a non-unique 2 cost ally character! FYI I played Martell Sand Snakes with icon control, viper's bannermen and poisoned spear.
You should run 3x Venomous Blade (TBoBB) then and kill them off ;)
