"...that player kneels all copies of Kingdom of Shadows..." that means ALL, not only his, am I right? And also, this is not a question of choice, or is it? So the first player to win an Intrigue challenge in a turn, kneels all KoSs and if he has a kneeling Shadow card, stands it?!

Correct. The first person to win an INT challenge will kneel any/all copies of this card in play (even if they don't control any) and then gets to pick and stand a shadow-crested card. Do note that if they so choose, they can pick a card that is already standing. Yes, that seems silly, but since it doesn't say "pick a kneeling shadow card" or have text to ensure the standing is successful, it is allowed.

Ah, interesting, thanks! =) I think it can make sense, if you have no kneeling shadow cards, but the enemy has...

I have a questions regarding the ability. It is a passive so you cannot choose to do it so it must be done. If my opponent has no shadow cards and he wins an intrigue challenge, does he have to stand one of my shadow cards?

He does indeed. Although he gets to choose which one.
