Can this be used to play Starve for Your King (BoRF) with a plot without a plot with a printed Power Struggle trait? Or does the plot card gain the Power Struggle trait *after* it is revealed?
It is a constant effect so there would never be a time when your revealed plot card would not have the Power Struggle trait. So Starve could be used.

Maybe a silly question but:
There is a difference between "gains Power Struggle" and "printed Power Struggle", right?

So the last part (Claim +1) isn't there if the plot does not have a printed (or fat) "Power Struggle"?

I was wondering the same thing.  Also what does Power Struggle mean? Or is it just considered flavor text?

Schnaki was correct. 'Power Struggle' is a plot-specific trait (though not necessarily restricted to plots); as is Military Battle, Intrigue Gambit, City, River, Raven -- there may be more but I'm not aware of them. Two 'Power Struggle' plots have when revealed effects, so the new Greenseer's Raven is, in some manner, actually relevant to Power Struggle plots. Otherwise, as per The Stormlands, there are a number of cards which react to the presence of a Power Struggle plot, either in play or in the used pile, like To Be a Dragon.

Thanks for that!

As another example of a card which has good synergy with The Stormlands, check out the attachment The Art of Diplomacy.  The Stormlands confers the Power Struggle trait to your revealed plot card, so the +4 strength benefit applied regardless of whether that trait is printed on the plot card or not.

The other benefit of The Stormlands - the raise to claim value during power challenges - is good for a rush deck mid to late game.  Not much good in round one when your opponent has no power to claim.

So presumably while this is out that means any of your "when revealed" plots can be cancelled with the Greenseers Raven?

Haha, yep.

Guys, does this location mean, that each my plot card has Power Struggle trait -> and as result, each my power challenge has +1 claim value?

Second question, if my plot card already has Power Struggle -> does it mean, that this location doesn't give me one more Power Struggle (I'm asking, because it would be great, to have +2 claim value, but it looks strange for only two golds).

This card does 2 things:

1) It gives all plots the "Power Struggle" trait.

2) If a plot card has the "Power Struggle" trait printed on the card, it raises the claim value by 1 during Power challenges.

You seem to be missing the importance of the word "printed" in the second ability.

- So, if the card does not have "Power Struggle" already, it gains the trait, but THAT'S IT. No rise in claim.

- The only way to get the rise in claim is to reveal a plot card that already has "Power Struggle" written on the card. If there is no ink on the card saying "Power Struggle," there is no way for this card to increase the claim value.

- There is NO WAY for this card to raise claim by 2 because there is no way to have "Power Struggle" inked on the card twice.
