I dont think theres a Jaime out there that does the actual character justice. i just dont think 3 str and no power is enough for this man :)

Can't see the utility of this versions :( please enlight me!
He stands at the end of Challenge phase, so you can account his 3 STR for Dominance Phase ...is there anything I miss? 'cause it seems quite useless to me ...Coreset version is waaaay better than this one ...

There are a number of cards that cause a card to kneel at different phases, e.g. Brothel guard can kneel a character in the standing phase and castellian of the rock can be used in the marshalling phase.

This version is almost immune the this kind of control.

You can use him to pay for any effect that requires you to kneel a character, such as Volantis Inn, You've Killed the Wrong Dwarf! (Core) or Drunken Allegations (Core). He stands at the end of each phase, not just challenges. Could be good for Epic Battles also.

You can also give him an Apprentice Collar (GotC) and then cards like Gold Link (TIoR) or Valyrian Steel Link (HtS) to get gold and cards every phase.
Or cards like Muster (Core) or Oath of Fealty (WLL) work well if you combine him with a Knight deck.

You can use him to pay for any effect that requires you to kneel a character, such as Volantis Inn, You've Killed the Wrong Dwarf! (Core) or Drunken Allegations (Core). He stands at the end of each phase, not just challenges. Could be good for Epic Battles also.

As he is a Noble, he couldn't be targeted by YKtWD for easy power.

Sorry. No can do, Mister. Chains aren't weapons - which are the only attachments he can have :)

Him + Muster and/or Oath sounds interesting for a Lanni knight deck though.

Or Volantis Inn. However, it says stand him at the BEGINNING of each phase not the end, so I do not believe you could challenge with him and count his str for dominance.

I thought the framework was the first thing to happen in any phase like counting gold in marshall and taxing it in taxation. Except plot and draw phase where you can take actions before plotting or drawing.

Correction theCrow is right. I had forgotten that there is a "this phase begins" framework, which is the first thing to happen in any phase, where the kingslayer's ability would kick in.

You are right, Framework Action is the first thing to happen in any phase. Namely it is "X Phase begins" Framework Action, that in case of Dominance is immediately followed by "Reward Dominance" Framework Action.
Just to be clear - counting gold in Marshalling doesn't happen just after "Marshalling Phase begins" FA for each player, it only does for the First Player. Check the flowcharts in FAQ.
