So the best use is to "double down" on your own plots. Say use
At the Gates (GotC) for the when revealed effect, then Loyalty Money Can Buy (QoD) for defense. Or of course, Valar then something with claim.
In a melee game for example it's awesome first turn to pre-plot citadel law to get "at the gates" which gets you Grand Maester Pycelle. Then on your normal plot flip over a buliding/summoning season along with everyone else
I do not get it. You can not use it after plots are revield but U suggets to use it for when revealed effect...
Or, if you like, do it before the regular reveal in that action window and then flip to something else during the framework action.
For example, you might use this to flip to Attack from the Sea to kneel out your opponent's Iron Mines and then reveal Valar during the normal plot action.
