Very interesting card for deck which can ensure that targeted character will die so for Targ burn and some kind of targeted kill like Venomous Blade. It gives 3 power being 3 for 3 with Deadly keyword. I would say stats are ok, not impresive with only military icon but ok including nice speed up with power.

Ok one question : When it says '' If that character dies before the end of the next challenge phase''  It means that if i play The Mad Mouse in the marshalling the effect of the response is used until the challenge phase of the same turn OR until the challenge phase of the next turn also?

It refers to the same turn (round).
