Effect is powerfull. being able to choose any card from opponent hand and additionally see which surprises he has for me is priceless. Cost is ok for such powerfull effect but two other requirements are quite difficult to meet making this card not playable. We should fing good character with power and intrigue icon with decent strenght and stealth to have more chance to succesfully attack alone. So far we have Tyrion, Carsei and Littlefinger. Good candidate would be Lurkers at Harrenhal (Core). Another option could be deadly keyword which adds to mentioned list Qyburn (SaS). It could be used as well in Maester build out of Lannister house. Many Maesters have Power and Intrigue icons and they can be pumped by Maester path agenda. It requires to build deck to support this card.
