Tough decision: this or power behind the throne.
I would prefer this one, since there are so many effects that let yout make additional intrigue challenges even without Power behind the throne, and it has no drawback.

It is tough decision indeed. And Kevan has a drawback, at least when you're comparing it to the Power behind the throne - you have to draw him, marshall him and then kill him, before he becomes an agenda.

True, the main challenge to these character->agenda cards is definately going to be the risk of running no agenda with the intentions of getting this card, playing it and killing it to gain it's effects. But they are still pretty tempting.

Would it not work if you ran Power Behind the Throne anyway? And then if you happened to draw, marshal, and kill Kevan just let his Agenda text take over, or is there a conflict between the 'only' agenda rule?

Since there is not a mechanic to "replace" an agenda, it means in order to use him as your only agenda you have to not have one to start with.

i dont think its that hard tog et him if your playing hyperkneel, summoning season and take a dive in a military challenege, or if its melee grab the lord commanders title and redirect it to yourself.

Muster was mentioned by someone in the article about this pack. That sounds like a cool idea, and easy way to get this guy out, especially because you can search for Arys Oakheart too if need be.
