I like there being generic non-unique characters such as this. Sadly though, I think this character is just making up the numbers at the moment until the card pool expands (at least in fealty decks). In time I think there will be more similarly priced non-uniques with abilities and/or synergies that will give them the edge. I do hope that I'm wrong and that they actually do something with the bastard trait (like I wished in 1st edition) or that cheap characters like this (2 for 2 bicon) are not so common. I really don't want to see another situation where every single deck is just auto-including free characters with no real drawback (e.g. refugees).
