so which of these events has been determined most important?

I'd think you'd want to build around this concept, complete with Eater and 3x each of Forked, Knifed, and Spooned. That'll blow up the tough ICE, and you might try Parasite for the lower-strength stuff.

If I had to pick one (which I wouldn't), I'd go with Forked, in order to destroy tough Sentries, like Archer . . . although Spooned, to destroy Tollbooth and Data Raven, is also quite useful . . . take all 3 and build around it: this is not a casual-approach card. Nor is it a "this one is clearly the best" situation.

Context is everything here, and these cards all work better together. Leave one out and even a dim corp player will rapidly start locking you out of servers.

While Knifed is useless/useful for Quetzal (with Fracter/without Fracter), Spooned is a must-have for Rielle 'Kit' Peddler. In general, the silverware you need is dependent on your ID and breaker suite. For example, with Cerberus "Cuj.0" H3 as your only killer, Forked gains value - because you don't have infinite power counters available.

I played a Quetzal Eater build at a tournament recently. Forked was played frequently, Spooned was played occasionally, and Knifed was not played at all. It's dependent on your opponent, but in my case the fact that I was Quetzal dissuaded them from installing their barriers in the first place, making Knifed a consistently dead draw.

I personally think this is a great card, and I think it's the best of the cutlery. It smashes Eli with ease (one of the most played barriers), combos with David to wreck any barrier with more than 5 strength (which is a lot), and then you can just use Corroder to cheaply break everything else. Barriers are generally the hardest type of ice to kill with parasite since they typically have the highest strength-to-cost ratio, so now you can save your parasites more for lower strength ice and kill strong barriers with this.
