When you reveal the card, does it stay revealed? Or can you reveal it again if your opponent tries to play another copy of the captured card again?

The revealed card goes back face down for future use or rescue. So basically, unless the LS player destroys the objective with the captured card or Ysanne herself, he will not be able to play another copy for the rest of the game, or rather, he should not, as you can keep reacting and revealing the captured copy to return the one attempting to be played.

also, one thing to note is that She does not stop cards from being "put into play".  So if you captured a yoda, or other jedi for instance, the LS player can still use cards like yoda, you seek yoda, and return of the jedi to get them back into play circumventing Isard's ability.
