Can someone explain whether or not this card may be played if the only Ewok on the table is exhausted (has 1 focus on it)? Does the ewok gain and additional focus token (like with tactical dmg)?

Rules, page 10, bottom left corner " A Matter of Focus"
If I read it correctly, I guess you can not. The rulebook states you can't 'focus' a unit that is exhausted, and this event requires you to 'focus' an ewok. It's better for me as a mostly DS player, but me and some others were wondering if it worked like tactical damage. In the end it all comes down to reading the text specifics, so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

You are correct. And you are welcome, I find it better to point out the rules than just answer. Teach a man to fish and all that.
