Solid resource generator. Not game-breaking, but pretty reliable in an aggressive Navy deck. It's not hard to double- or triple focus it and then clear it on the same turn by knocking out an objective or two (especially if you're using the shielded Star Destroyers to punch through blast damage). Keep in mind that the reaction effect may be triggered when ANY objective is destroyed--including your own.
