This works so well with hero's resolve objective insane enhancement.
It's nice with Hero's Resolve, but hardly insane. Your best time to play it is after defenders are declared, making the edge battle matter a bit more than your opponent anticipated. If you wait until after the edge battle to play it, it will be too late to trigger the Reaction.
Hero's Resolve is the Hoth Luke set - the one that gives extra Force icons to cards in your edge stack - not the Endor Luke set.
But yeah, while the two go together very well, it's not insane. The opponent can choose not to defend if they know they're gonna lose the edge. Really, that's the main use of this enhancement, I think - discouraging defenders.
Right you are... I failed at memory. :-)
While it's nice that all of the Luke sets are "A Hero's ________", it does lead to silly mistakes sometimes.
