Based on the most literal interpretation of the card text, am I to understand that while the ability prohibits committing non-Vehicle units the the Force during the Force phase, committing non-Vehicle units during other phases (if able) is allowed? And also, if a non-Vehicle unit is already committed to the Force when this objective comes into play, they would still remain committed to the Force?
I've used this in a force lock deck with the new Tarkin objective set. It can be really difficult for the other player to use MTFBWY. I have won many games with this objective.
