if jabba's pleasure barge is exhausted, can I still move a focus to this card?

Yes.  If the text was worded as "Focus this unit to move a focus token from a Character unit you control to this unit" then you would not be able to.

okay, thanks! so in general, when a card says 'move a focus token to', it doesn't matter if the card you are moving the focus token to is already exhausted

Yeah, you can move focus tokens, but you can't "focus" (to place a focus token in order to initiate an effect) an already focused/exhausted card.

Can i remove more focus tokens from, for example, two characters i control or there is a limit to one?

Limited to one, as the trigger to the reaction (beginning of conflict phase) only happens once per turn.

To react multiple times, the triggering condition must be met multiple times as well.

I've never understood this card. 3 cost unit with 2 blasts that focus itself at the start of your combat. This unit defines scum cards from EoD. They make no sense.

You don't have to intiate the reaction. This card like all other cards can be useful at the right time.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to work with Jabba after you use his ability.  It can help with Bossk, too.

Man, we need a new, decent Jabba.

Yes, of course...but...why is elite??

You don't have to intiate the reaction. This card like all other cards can be useful at the right time.

Like never?

I like the Barge. It lets you use the resources on Debt Collectors and Ysanne Isard without losing potential defenders. It's also got two blast, so it can be useful for closing games or taking advantage of openings. And it's unique, so it can activate The Prince's Scheme. I don't think the unit or the set as a whole are amazing, but they are fun.
