The effect can resolve twice, but the card can only gain +3 force icons no matter how many times it resolves.
Yeah, I read up on it. I also concur that it is a little silly that it maxes out at +3.
I'm two-sided on this. I am glad it maxes out at 3 as a general rule. But I agree that it is kind of odd that a fate card that has no effect when copied was included.
It does allow you to get more benefit out of your Battle of Endor when the objective is the only Endor objective, thus making the fate card better without having to go with a full Endor deck.
