If I have two of these out, can I trigger them both?

No, hence the "limit 1 per turn" wording on the card.

EDIT: a quick explanation of 2 very similar terms with vastly different meanings.  Limit 1 per turn means you can only use 1 of that card's abilities per turn.  If the card specifies "limit ONCE per turn", then each identical card out can trigger that ability once.

Attack pattern delta is a good example.  With 2 copies of it out you can use both of them once, where as with enforced loyalty, even with 2 out, only 1 reaction on one of the copies can be used.

So, with the numeral "1" it is interpreted differently than the written out word "once" ? That is very, very specific. I'm relieved, though, as it does indeed limit the power of Enforced Loyalty, at least. IMNSHO, this is sorely needed so I'm glad to see that it is limited. Still, this is not a very intuitive ruling at all.

Yes, the numeral 1 is interpreted differently than "once." You're right that it's not an intuitive ruling, but it does have the virtue of being concise. Hopefully, the issue doesn't cause too much trouble in casual games, where people are less likely to be familiar with the distinction.

If it helps, don't think about it as being the difference between using the numeral "1" and writing out the word "once."  Think of it as the difference between the number "one" and the term "once."  In the case of the number, the limit is that you can play/trigger one copy of the card per time period specified.  Versus using a given card once per time period.  FFG has just decided to make it slightly easier to keep track of by always printing the number as a numeral.

It should be noted that this card has been changed by official errata:

Reaction: After an opponent’s turn ends, if this objective is undamaged, deal 1 damage to a target enemy objective.

No longer as powerful, but neither is it limited like it was before.
