lol nice.
Seems to be default for units that have invisible combat icons. I'd like to see someone pull up cardgamedb to "prove" that the unit has such invisible icons, and if your opponent had an inferred detector decoder, they could see it for themselves.

Every one of the six phases has an area for actions, so yes you could.
I apologize for the redundant text. Here is what I meant to say. Since the the card just says deployment phase instead of your deployment phase only, you can use it during your opponent's deployment phase as well.
