does this reflect chewiee ability and when he has the bowcaster?
If for some reason you were sending the damage from Chewie's Reaction at the unit with Shien Training, then yes, you could use Shien Training to redirect it. I'm not sure how the Bowcaster comes into play, could you elaborate?
Can damage taken by protect (Guardian of Peace) be redirected using Shien training?

So can you send this damage to any enemy unit on the board? It just says to deal it to a target unit instead.
That's right. You can send it to another one of your own units too, if you want to.
