I kinda find this a negative thing so is it saying if the light side player had 6 units in play and the dark side player had 4. the light side player cant put more units into play? because he has more units in play or controls more units in play?

Yep, the objective is definitely a bit double sided.  Slows down DS early, but then can really slow down LS later if it doesn't get damaged.

true, but i think it heavily favors the LS (jedi), since they typically relies on its Mains to get the damage done, and if you have 2-3 mains, and 1-2 support units out, it probably doesn't matter much.    Another thing to consider, the LS has all kinds of ways to get units into play, bypassing this objectives text.  The shistvanen wolfmen, yoda, you seek yoda, return of a jedi, secret guardian, vima-da-boda, infiltration, hyperspace marauder, life creates it, knobby white spider etc etc are all ways to get past the restriction.

like you probably wouldn't want this set in a rebel vehicles deck since its more likely to slow you down than your opponent, but for mono jedi, maybe even splashed into rebel characters or smugglers and spies, i think it benefits the LS a lot.

Having built and played several games now with a deck built entirely around abusing Vima (and cheating units into play), cheating the units into play actually ends up making the objective favor the DS more (after the first turn or 2).  The more units you cheat into play, the less you can play your big units...  Perhaps I should try running it with RotJ...
