This card would be great if it didn't compete for your Relic slot with the incredible Talassarian Tempest Blade. As it stands there seems little reason to include it, even with the 2 shields.
I absolutely love this card! Considering the fact that it's not part of a signature squad like Talassarian Tempest Blade (TTB) so you can have more copies is a plus. I normally end up equipping my Warlord with the Halo and using TTB for it's 3 shields if I end up seeing it in a game.To be fair though (as a Spacies player) I don't believe that SM should have got 2 Relics right out of the core. Would've preferred one of them went to a separate faction to help spread them out, or every faction have gotten 1 Relic to start with for that matter.
This card seems to be underated at first but I can't overstate how valuable it is for any Space Marine deck. In most cases it will not get played unless for some reason the signature Attachment is destroyed, however it's 2 Shield icons make this a 2 to 3 auto-include for Space Marine decks in my book. 5/5.
2-shield, sadly a Relic. I don't get the point when included in more than 2x. A great card that deserves its name.

Good design to make this a relic, so the warlords can be balanced with more factors. It fits the Space Marine playstyle very well.
