Yes.
The faction change from the support doesn't happen until the Vehicle is in play. They still have their printed factions when in your hand and while they are being deployed. As such, the warlord's ability can still be applied.
Yes. Gorzod's ability is an interrupt to the deploy, so the card is not in play yet when his discount gets applied. Once the deploy is finished, it will become an Ork vehicle through Kustomization Station and get the +1/+1.
If you have crushface and kustomisation station in play, do you get the discount by crushface when you deploy a non-ork vehicle...? I suppose not as an interrupt to deploying a a card is before the card gets in play.
Indeed. We don't get Crushface's discount on unit cards that are not printed as Ork units, even with Kustomisation Station in play. This is because the card doesn't gain the Ork faction affiliation until after it has entered play.
