Chain this with Above the Sorrows (VM) and it, in effect, discards a character from each opponent, pretty cool. I'll reserve judgement on the river plots overall until I see what other potential combos will come up when the other cards come out.

Actually because of the way the timing works and the moribund state, both "when revealed" effects trigger before a card ever leaves play. So it does not discard the card selected for moribund:deck because it doesn't actually leave play until after the plots resolve completely. plus it says a card in play. Doesn't have to be a character, and considering the amount of 0 cost locations it wouldn't have any effect at all other than each player drawing in practice 1 less card. Would be better chaining it with the other river plot that makes you draw one card letting you have 1 card advantage.
