What happens if Timmet becomes moribound:dead and then kneels before the end of the action window? Will he still go to the dead pile or does his passive ability alters his moribound state?
He will still go to the dead pile.
Thanks.
Let's say that I have Timmet and Tyrion Lannister (LotR) and I choose them both to satisfy a 2-value claim of a military challenge I just lost. Then I use Tyrion's response and kneel Timmet. What happens to Timmet?

I think it works the same as if you Valar with those two in play. Per the timing structure, cards do not enter a moribund state until the effect resolves. Before it resolves, there is a cancel/saves response window. So in your example, you claim them both as military claim. Open window for saves/cancels. You kneel Timmet to save Tyrion. Then the claim resolves, however now Timmet cannot be killed and does not enter a moribund state. In your original example, you cannot save a card (or change it's moribund state) after it is moribund. Also, note that even though you normally can't choose a "cannot be killed" character for MIL claim, at the time you chose him, he was a valid target. I'm pretty certain that's how it works, but I've been wrong on a few things lately so you may wait for additional input
