Stats very solid, tricons, stealth and learned treat are standard for Tyrion. Two very powerfull abilities. Passive one which can draw into any challange all knelt (!) clansman characters if tyrion participate in it. and responce which saves Tyrion from being killed. Auto include in clansman deck.

A tricon char with stealth and a crest, is good in itself, but with those abilities. I'm dead.

Of all the previews, this seems the most silly... sure, he's not as good in a non-clansmen deck but who cares? He's solidly above average already! (Compare him to cranogmen, who cost the same but dont have intrigue challenges)

With clansmen, he's just stupidly good :(

Can he still bring in the clansmen if he's defending a joust challenge (or given joust by a different card)?

Defending against Joust allows you to only "Declare" one defender but doesn't restrict number of participants. The additional Clansmen are not "Declared" but are participating through an additional card effect. Similarily, you could use Tyrion to stuff the new Melee Bob.

If Tyrion is declared as an attacker during an intrigue challenge, are the clansmen without intrigue icons considered participants as well? I know the text says "all knelt clansmen", but is it legal for them to paticipate if they don't have the relevant icon?
They all participate. It is legal.
This card is truly op!
I am a new player and I saw this card for a first time 2 days ago in a game with friend. I thought he had printed it and I had to check if it was official.
I have only 1 question right now is "When will this becomes restricted?"

Why would this become restricted? What problems are you having with this card? Tyrion should really only be winning one challenge. You can't really stand him except for Distinct Mastery (Core).

Even if you could stand him, it's not like he is claiming Power. Tyrion is not going to win you a game by himself.

Question: I was playing someone who was using Jaqen H'ghar (FtC), and he took over Tyrion. Would he be able to enact Tyrion's save response using an opponent's Clansman character?
No, costs have to be payed with the owner's characters.
Keep in mind that Jaqen doesn't become Tyrion. So if you happen to have your own clansman, you cannot kneel it to save Jaqen.

However you can use his ability to save your own Tyrion instead.

If Tyrion and all of your clansmen are moribund can his effect be triggered?

His response cannot be triggered at that point. Once a character is moribund, it can't be saved (or killed again). You could kneel a moribund clansmen character to save Tyrion from being killed if he is not moribund, though.
For example: You lost a millitary challenge and you chose a standing clansmen character as claim. Your opponent then plays die by the sword to kill Tyrion. The moribund clansmen character you chose for claim could then be knelt to save Tyrion.

So if valar was played tyrion would be killed even if there were clansmen right? Also if you chose tyrion to satisfy military claim you could save him correct?

No. Tyrion would not be moribund until the framework event resolves (step 3) so you could still kneel a clansmen character to save him during the save/cancel response window (step 2) during the Framework action window. Valar would then resolve during step 3, and all characters that were not saved (or don't have "cannot be killed" text, or whatever) would then become moribund. Step 4 is passives, step 5 is any other responses (too late to save Tyrion now, but something like
Retreat (Core) could be played here). Step 6 is all moribund characters leave play and in this case go to their respective player's dead piles.

Yep, if you have a clansmen character to kneel, you can totally choose Tyrion as Military claim and save him with his response.
