Knelt during Setup?
Nope, as come into play effects do not apply in setup. That what makes setup so good for this and Street of Silk (LotR) :)

That also means things like Coin Mint (LotR) do not function in setup, because they are not "played", they were simply revealed during setup.
My question was over the niceties of wording. "Play" generally means played from hand, whereas "Put into play" specifically avoids certain triggers. The Core Rules specify that Setup is neither "Play" nor "Put into play", but I didn't know whether "comes into play" was meant to get around that exemption. The FAQ specifies that setup does not trigger card effects, but I didn't know whether to read "comes into play knelt" as a card effect for those purposes.
