This card got errata. (v3.0) Princes Plans F74 Should have the keyword: "Deathbound." Errata fixed issue with using this in the circle having another Princes Plan in discard. Strong card, giving 4 cards from discard pile especially for Martells allows to use again their broken events or
Orphan of the Greenblood (PotS) is very usefull.

Can this card be used if you only have 1, 2, or 3 cards in your discard pile? I'm guessing you must return the top 4 cards and only exactly 4 cards, correct?
