Fantastic card, got rid of a Death Squadron Star Destroyer that way. Annoyed the heck out of my opponent.

I just love this entire pod.  Every card in it is good, most are amazing!  Heroic Sacrificing your X-Wing Escort to get rid of two opponents vehicles is always fun.

How do interrupts like this interact with board wipes? Specifically, if I have this out and navy plays Moment of Triumph, could they choose to sacrifice a Decimator (that was already going to die) for this card's interrupt or would they have to sac something Moment wasn't going to kill?

I think (not 100% here...) that, because the ability is an Interrupt to the X-wing escort leaving play, then the other units destroyed by Moment of Triumph would already have left play (simultaneous with the X-Wing) so another target would have to be chosen.

But I could be wrong...

I think the order is:

1) Play Moment of Triumph

2) Destroy all units with printed cost 2 or lower

3) Interrupt X-Wing Escort leaving play to destroy another ship

4) Continue with game.

For my thinking, theamazingmrg has it correct.  Choosing targets proceeds around the table but the units all leave play at the same time resulting in the interrupt and the DS player having to choose a new vehicle he controls to sacrifice

I agree, if you look at the extra rules printed by F.F. they have an example where Heroic Sacrifice is used in conjunction with this card. This card resolves first, then Heroic Sacrifice.

At the time the X-Wing Escort resolves its Interrupt, none of the Vehicles have left play yet (as they all leave simultaneously, and the Escort Interrupt goes off before it leaves play). Thus, a vehicle that would be leaving play from Moment of Triumph can be sacrificed to the Escort.

I hoped this worked differently, but I kind of expected it to work this way. Thanks!
