This refers to a declaration of Star Destroyer, or X-Wing, not Event card or Fate card right?
This refers to the Name of the card. So "Devastator," "Red Five," "Force Choke" or "Twist of Fate".
Do they have to show your their hand even if they don't have the card? I would assume yes.
