This attachment is simply amazing. It will cause your opponent to think twice about deploying or committing to planet especially if you have initiative. -3 ATK to an army unit for the entire combat phase is fairly awesome. Make this attachment even more fearsome by putting Suffering on a high ATK unit.
Gets harder to cancel in that way if you have a Khornate Chainaxe for company.
It's a powerful effect but if the unique unit only have 2 dmg all you need is a 2-shield to play around it.
Pretty much the same problem that lootas and gorzod will have, it's very telegraphed and easy to play around most times.
I find this attachment works great with Wroth
