This is attached to Ragnar and is at a planet with an enemy Warlord. He gets hit for 8 from a Helldrake, no shields or Indom played, but still alive with 1 HP. He swings back at the enemy Warlord for 8 with his Warcamp, no shields played so he is bloodied and retreats. Is Ragnar now under his original 7 HP and become bloodied as well?

I would believe so, since the card states the enemy warlord needs to be at the planet.  The extra damage beyond 7 would not carry over though.  I believe you would just treat it as if he had taken enough regular damage to bloody him.  So those rules would be followed

Great attachment for Ragnar's plans. 4/5 from me. Boosting Ragnar to insane combat stats.

This card just got a heck of a lot better with the Lone Wolf out. 1/5/5 that can move to the warlord's planet is incredible.

Nice combo. Though at 2C5R, I'd expect something incredible!

Also, I'd note there's not much to stop an opposing warlord simply retreating when this behemoth turns up.

Sure. But sometimes that is a good result, too.

You could always just Ambush Platform it onto the Lone Wolf, although it's debatable that the Ion Rifle spike would be more useful instead
