Isn't this hugely overpowered? In addition to the crazy initiative/income choke, he has two icons, melee, gets all the Greyjoy buffs for Ironborn and Raiders, and he's protected by The Power of Blood. Wouldn't the benefit from reducing all of your opponents' initiative and plot-based income to 1 be worth an auto-include in every deck, even with the out-of-house penalty?

I don't think it will be an Auto-Include. While his ability is REALLY good, his 1 STR makes him a bit of a liability. Any deck with some burn (or just a Threat from the North) will kill him instantly.

Oh, and his STR-to-cost ratio isn't that great. Usually only going to be a 2 STR.

Just to clarify, it reduces BY 1, not TO 1 (not sure if the OP misread the card or mis-typed the entry). If it reduced everyone's initiative to 1 and income to 1, then I would agree that the card would be waaaaay OP
