As a Stark player, I hate that this isn't a Stark card. I guess I need to add flea bottom to my deck now? (since she'll cost an average of 1-2 more gold than all my other House Stark characters, blocks Bear Island from triggering, cant attach stark-only attachments and can't be buffed by Winterfell) Even with Edmure Tully, Shaggy Dog (low) and Last River I'm still not sure she's worth it…

A Targ burn deck though, I'd consider her for that

I think the main effect is to stand all lords and make then gain deadly. Baratheon or Stark can get much more advantage of that.
Of course, Targaryen can get an advantage of her in burn deck, as you said.

I know the second effect is for Bara/Stark… I just don't know that it's worth 4 gold? (though a Deadly Jojen Reed counter attack is kinda a funny prospect)

Very Nedly and downright playable I think. As stated already, Baratheon and Stark will get a lot of use, but I'd love to see her used a lot in Targ; Khal Drogo, Rhaegar, heck, even Viserys and perhaps even Illyrio.

@ fleabottom I don't understand why she is 1-2 more cost? 4 cost 3 str noble renown with a good ability is good. Stark has a crap ton of uniques. And just a couple lords. She's versitile

1-2 more gold cost probably is short way of saying you can't use any house stark oriented reducers on her so you need to pay straight 4 gold cost which might not be so easy in Stark winter deck for example.

yep, I mean she can't be reduced by Stark's plots/locations/characters. That actually messes with cost more than you think - michaelius gives a good example. Another issue is that most of Stark's lords are cost 3-4 already. (unless you're attacking with Bran, Rickon or Jojen for some reason?) So she adds 'time and money' to an already 'time and money' heavy trait for Stark to build AND hurts the stark player's own STR 1-2 characters…

Interesting character? Certainly! Great character? For Targ, absolutely! For Stark, I'm not so sure…

Fully agree with flea, She much too much expensive for Stark to be consider in their build. Making her 4 gold was clearly a message for all players, She is targ support. She has no Targ house not to spoilk what will happen in the book.
For Targ players she's amazing. With Threat from the North (PotS) we have -2 and killed with zero, with hatchling kills 5,4 and 3 STR characters. The must in Targ burn build I think. Standing all lord characters will not help much as Stark and Bara are usually first and we can do military challenge at then end so standing will only win domi.
