Moving to a planet with your Warlord seems pretty key for Eldar with Mr. Starbane. This Support card helps mitigate the fact that units who move with the Warlord arrive at the planet exhausted. I hear that there is some other mobility in Eldar as well - so this is a nice card for the faction.

Does deploying constitute moving? I know a deployed unit would be ready anyway, but is it moving?

Nope.
Ok. So what about using "Foresight" to commit a warlord to a different planet? Is that moving?

Yes committing counts as moving. It says in the RRG that to commit you move unit to the selected planet. Not a direct quote obviously lol

Good card, helps to give the upper hand on the last planet when your warlord has a train going.

Unlike some other signature supports, this one isn't amazing, as there are several common situations where it does nothing. That said, it's still quite good, especially in the late game when major armies clash.

it is good to ready a high value card but sometimes it can just sit idle, waste a card draw xD but a good combo with warlord and signature unit to attack turn 1 on exhausted unit

Its a shame its limited to Eldar units, rather than just units, as that reduces its utility by a half in most Eldar decks. All in all I thinks its a card that you take because you want that Warlord, and which you take as a reasonable mid strength asset, but I'd almost always rather draw a 1 cost unit.

It is the 1x though that really weakens it: you can't build a deck around a card that has this low a chance of turning up, and there's no cards that especially synergise with it at present anyway. 2/5

Pros: 1-cost, can be used as delay, huge effect.

Cons: compulsory 1x (this makes me sad).

1x is a weakness, 2x would be perfect, 3x an indecent world.

(Sentimental Marine). Awful card I thought for sentimental reasons! Why would I want to ready a unit? Don't they all come ready? THEN I noticed that all units in HQ commit exhausted (with the possible exception of warlord) ... Which means starting with turn 2 this card has a fundamental use! Eldorath exhaust one of the enemy and this one readies one of yours! Terribly sentimental I say!

With all the movement of armies these days, this card keeps getting better and better. Fight on on planet, hop on your jetbike and be ready to fight again!

5/5 (I review signature cards comparing to other signature cards)
